The Space
Tasteful space every room has original art works by local artists. Gorgeous quiet location, close to transport links and within easy walking distance of exclusive shopping area, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. We are also about a half hour walk from Belfast City Centre. Plentiful car parking, spacious grounds.

Guest Access
Completely self contained apartment with all mod cons and access to spacious grounds(great for football loving children) barbecue and Equipment available when weather permits.

Interaction with Guests
Separate accommodation entirely but we live in an upper apartment if guests require anything. We speak good French and we usually have no problem communicating with guests of every nationality.

The Neighbourhood
Very tranquil area yet so convenient- a great base for exploring Belfast. Nature lovers or those interested in great running or walking trails will love the nearby Lagan, idyllic area with a lovely towpath running route amidst forests and meadows.

Getting Around
We are a short walk to two main roads which are well served by buses and train stations. From there you can access all parts of Belfast and Northern Ireland.

Other Things to Note
The university is about 20 minute walk, as is the Lyric Theatre. There are great pubs and restaurants within a short walk away. Also note we have spare beds which can be put in to accommodate the occasional extra guest, we also have a travel cot and high chair for babies.
