Chalet bungalow set on a hill in the townland of Slaughtneil, near Maghera. It has views across the sperrins, carntogher and towards Lough neagh. It benefits from close proximity to Drumnamph woodland, An Carn and carntogher mountain.

It is a 1/2 hour drive to Giants Causeway and Antrim coast. The property is also convenient to the new Seamus Heaney Centre in Bellaghy.
