Faughan Valley Route 2 This route uses the same roads along the Faughan Valley as Route 1, but at Toneduff Bridge turns northward across the valley. Passing Ness Wood Country Park and Ballygroll ancient monuments the route continues along Muff Glen to Eglinton before sweeping back and returning to Derry.

Getting to the start: Routes 2 can be accessed from Derry/Londonderry. Rail services from Belfast and all stops along the way, can carry up to 4 cycles after 9.30 am on weekdays and at all times during weekends.
