Following quiet roads this ride heads west towards Moira through the Lagan Valley crossing the river three times and the motorway four! The ride also follows NCN Route 9 for half its length.
A hilly ride through drumlin country to the SE of Lisburn which passes lakes and loughs with great views of the Mourne Mountains, Belfast Hills and the Lagan Valley.
A challenging ride in parts, which passes through the flatlands to the west of Lisburn to reach Lough Neagh then climbs the lower slopes of the Belfast Hills before descending sharply back into Lisburn.
Following quiet roads this ride heads west towards Moira then steady climbing to Maghaberry. Some steep descents with sharp bends before returning to Lisburn on the Lagan Towpath. Also includes a short section with busy fast-moving traffic
