Bright, attractive, sympathetically renovated, first floor apartment within an early Victorian streethouse, just off the central square in Comber. Accessed through a stonewall archway and small open courtyard, which also houses an elegant Salon Du Thé and local artisan craft workshops.

The apartment consists of one double room with en suite, one twin room, a main bathroom, spacious open plan kitchen/living/dining area with original feature stone wall. The apartment also offers satellite TV, video, DVD player and USB iPod facility, instant continuous hot water and full central heating. Also provided are big fluffy home laundered towels and bedlinen and a generous complimentary allowance for gas and electricity.

The apartment is just a few steps from all the local amenities: cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, a fully equipped leisure centre, dry cleaners, churches and craft and gift shops.

No smoking, pets, candles or parties permitted.

Comber is on the outskirts of Belfast, at the head of Strangford Lough within easy reach of two magnificent National Trust houses, many local walks, an array of golf options, sailing, fishing and much more. Only five miles from Newtownards, 12 miles from the historic cathedral town of Downpatrick, Dundonald and Stormont only a ten minute drive and Belfast City Airport and ferries only 20 minutes away.
