Four en suite rooms. A family run business, award winning Avenue House is less than a mile south of Belfast city centre. A lovingly restored Victorian town house owned and managed by Mrs Nur Diana Ismail who is always happy to help guests make the most of their stay.

Ideally situated and equipped for both leisure and business visitors. Within easy walking distance of Queen's University, the Botanic gardens, Ulster Museum, Lyric Theatre and award winning restaurants. Free WiFi throughout the house. Our comfortable bedrooms each have information packs, magazines, desks, tea/herbal teas/coffee, mini fridges and DVD/CD player.

Our breakfast menu includes our home made vegan blueberry pancakes, gluten free banana oats pancakes, and our very own Avenue Breakfast Grill. Free parking (subject to availability) and free on street car parking at all times. Frequent bus services to and from city centre (routes 9 and 8). Non smoking house.
