Recently modernised first floor apartment boasts views of the West Strand and Portrush Harbour. On a good day you can see the hills of Donegal. The apartment itself has two bedrooms, one with en suite facilities. There is a separate bathroom both of these have Neptune shower enclosures. The kitchen/ lounge area is tiled and has a washer/dryer, fridge freezer, dish washer, microwave, hob and oven. The gated car parking is at the rear of the property.
