Abbeydene House For EHOD 2019

Abbeydene House is an historic listed Victorian mansion built in 1850 by Charles Lanyon.

It is a beautiful sandstone mansion overlooking Belfast Lough.

It has been the home to many of Belfast's pillars of society including, Edward Robinson (of Robinson Cleaver) and Sir Crawford McCullagh who instigated our present day one minute silence in 1916. It is currently in use as a Bed and Breakfast (abbeydene.co.uk)

Worthy visitors include Eisenhower and Montgomery.
