Award-winning world musician Sharon Shannon will perform in Omagh next month.
Holidaymakers interested in music in Northern Ireland will be able to catch the Multi Meteor Music Award winner at Dun Uladh on April 5th.
Omagh County Council commented that the gig is part of a nationwide tour which will see Ms Shannon perform alongside Gerry 'Banjo' O'Connor, Manchunian fiddle player Dezi Donnelly, Mike McGoldrick on flute and guitarist Tim Edey.
The organisation commented: "This incredible show, which runs for two hours and 20 minutes, not only reinforces Sharon's talent as a top Irish star but also showcases her ability as a producer and arranger."
Film fans will also be keen to know, this year's Mid Ulster Film Festival will be held at the Ulster History Park in the Gortin Glens between Omagh and Gortin in County Tyrone from May 1st to 3rd.
It will be the festival's sixth year and will feature a wide-ranging programme of features, documentaries, short films, animation, workshops and seminars.
