27 July 2009 -

Lovers of the great outdoors have only two days left to experience one of the most unique events in Northern Ireland at Shane's Castle Estate, Antrim.

The Irish Game Fair and Country Lifestyle Festival comes to an end on Tuesday (July 28th), closing the door on an attraction which pulls in hundreds of attendees every year throughout its four-week duration.

Among the activities in Northern Ireland taking place during the event are hunting and shooting competitions, challenging the finest marksmen in the country.

In addition, a number of gundog and equestrian trials have been occurring as horse riders display their skills to the enthralled spectators.

Those simply wishing to enjoy one of the great attractions in Northern Ireland without the hustle and bustle can enjoy an afternoon strolling around the many trade stands, where fine food, arts and crafts are all on display and available for purchase.

Antrim's Clotworthy Arts Centre recently hosted an exhibition put together by world famous photographer Paul McErlane, who grew up in the region.ADNFCR-1859-ID-19282402-ADNFCR
