Belfast is 'an ever-evolving city'

10 December 2008 -

Belfast is an "ever-evolving city" and one which is extremely addictive, claims getbracknell.co.uk journalist Stuart White.

The writer, whose sister used to live in the capital, claims he loves visiting it and seeing how it changes each time he arrives.

"I still love to go back to Belfast to see what's new in this ever-evolving city I am absolutely addicted to," he said.

For those interested in the pubs in Northern Ireland, the writer recommends heading to the Crown Liquor Saloon where a smooth pint of Guinness can be enjoyed in "ornate Victorian" surroundings.

He also suggests all visitors should take a tour of Belfast when they arrive to get a true feel of what it looks like and to see particularly important and impressive landmarks.

Mr White also comments on the city's Christmas market, claiming there is a wide range of food, drink, arts and crafts on offer for shoppers to enjoy.

In other news, Martin Symington, writing in the Guardian, recently claimed Belfast is one of Europe's most alluring destinations.
