The wealth of great attractions in Northern Ireland are to be immortalised in a new time capsule in Belfast.
As part of a new project, details of some of the events in Northern Ireland are to be recorded and placed in a small vessel which will be buried for future tourists to discover.
Some of the attractions in Northern Ireland's capital city which will be immortalised include the many productions currently showing at the Lyric Theatre, such as the acclaimed The Beauty Queen of Leenane, starring Hollywood star Geraldine Hughes.
Other materials set to be recorded for posterity include photos of many of Belfast's iconic buildings, including the Ulster Hall, City Hall and impressive St. Malachy's church, all of which have benefitted from recent renovations to further enhance their beauty.
Future residents will also be able to uncover a copy of the Lonely Planet guide, a resource detailing all of the many attractions in Northern Ireland.
