Ulster Garden Scheme

Garden visiting is a fabulous way to get close to and experience life in Northern Ireland and to provide opportunities to interact with local people!

A number of private gardens generously open each year as part of the Ulster Gardens Scheme which was established to raise funds to support work in gardens cared for by the National Trust in Northern Ireland. Some gardens open their gates for one or two days every few years and others make their gardens available throughout the summer months every year under ‘By Appointment’ opening.  All of the money raised is greatly appreciated by the National Trust in Northern Ireland, its gardeners and by the organising committee of the Ulster Gardens Scheme.

This is a great opportunity to mingle with local garden owners and garden enthusiasts.  Please visit www.ulstergardensscheme.org.uk for more information.

The following Ulster Garden Scheme gardens are  ‘Open by Appointment’.
