Detached, spacious and homely bungalow, offering accommodation for up to 7, with private drive and enclosed garden. Ideally located in a quiet cul-du-sac, adjacent to Bushfoot Golf Club and an easy walk to the village facilities and beach.

The property comprises of 3 bedrooms with double beds (the third bedroom with additional single bunk). The spacious, fully equipped kitchen/dinner opens through a stable door onto the garden that wraps around 2 sides of the house, giving all day sun. There is a family bathroom, with bath and electric shower, and comfortable living room.

The property benefits from a fantastic location, with beaches, surfing, shop, golf course, and salmon/trout fishing in the River Bush all within a short walk. The Royal Port Rush Golf Course is 10 minutes drive.
