Sweeneys Public House and Wine Bar

Sweeney's is steeped in history and tradition, being one of the coaching stables for the Leslie Estate and not surprisingly, as one of the oldest surviving domestic structures in the village, is presently listed as being of architectural and historic significance.

Then, as now, it was a meeting place for friends and business acquaintances, but today, having been painstakingly restored and renovated so that all the former character has been captured in its unique setting overlooking the bay.

Sweeney's is a place of refreshment with a warm welcoming atmosphere. The menu has many excellent dishes, based both on local produce (from land and sea), as well as traditional food, prepared entirely in our own kitchens.
