Love Legenderry Food Month (Feb)
The historic city of derry and its surrounding district will celebrate its exceptional culinary heritage with a unique programme of events and experiences. This year's event features a variety of exciting activities for food enthusiasts that celebrates authentic local flavours and the artistry of its chefs and artisans including cheese tastings, Al fresco food tours, cookery classes and unique dining experiences like Wild & Fired Dining at Brook Hall Estate .
Oyster & Stout Festival (Fri 7 - Sat 8 Feb)
A weekend of music and activities supporting the Lough Foyle Native Oyster and Foyster Stout in the Walled City Brewery’s new Taproom. Foyle Bia Mara will be shucking fresh oysters, whilst also presenting various oyster delights accompanied by local seafood dishes from Head Chef Chris Moran. Then try new flavours of local stout from a Tabasco Stout to a Chocolate Chipotle Stout!
NI Science Festival (Wed 12 - Sun 23 Feb)
Every year the NISF strives to bring the very best of science communication to Northern Ireland, including notable names such as Brian Cox and Alice Roberts. Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival (Thurs 1 - Sun 11 May)
One of NI's longest running and best-loved festivals is back featuring over 100 acts – big, small and everything in-between. The 153rd Open at Royal Portrush (Sun 13 - Sun 20 July)
