Donaghmore High Cross (County Down)

One and a half miles off the A1 between Newry and Banbridge, Donaghmore High Cross stands in the grounds of the Church of Ireland parish church, as a symbol of the continued Christian worship in the area for over 1500 years. Despite weathering, there is still good detail to be seen on the 19th century Cross, including the stories of Adam and Eve, Moses and David.
