Castlecourt Shopping Centre

CastleCourt has over 50 stores including Debenhams, Gap and Laura Ashley and is now open until 7pm Monday and Tuesday and 9pm Wednesday to Friday.

You'll find their Customer Service desk located on the lower mall opposite Boots.They provide specific parking spaces situated close to the centre entrances for disabled shoppers. Accessible toilets are located on the first floor, adjacent to the foodcourt, beside KFC and also in the toilet facilities beside Trade Secret.

The Shopmobility store makes shopping more accessible for those who need it. Wheelchairs and scooters are available for hire from the store located just outside the centre on Gresham Street.

Shopping with children is easy at CastleCourt with the availability of free kiddie cars for hire from the Customer Relations Desk. Also, after your shopping, why not take the kids to Playworld, the soft play area located on the lower mall.

For your convenience CastleCourt have a fully equipped Parent Room with a bottle warmer, change table, private feeding rooms, nappy dispensers and a microwave oven. Dads, you are also welcome in all their Parents Rooms. The parents rooms are situated on the first floor. Castlewood have a great soft play area for kids aged 2 - 5 years, with slides, tunnels and climbing equipment, as well as interactive play areas. Located on the lower mall, this soft play area is the perfect reward for your children after a busy shopping day in the centre.
