Bourbon Restaurant
Bourbon boasts the style of New Orleans, with its heady blend of English, French and Spanish colonial architecture with Cajun and Polynesian influences. The restaurant is split over two floors. The ground floor boasts a magnificent bar and seating area perfect for large parties and private functions. The first floor also has a sumptuous lounge area where pre and post dinner drinks and cocktails can be enjoyed. The a la carte menu is vast and appeals to a wide and varied customer base. The emphasis is on fresh food, simple but delicious dishes, fusion influenced, with big flavours. The menu ranges from the freshest of seafood to 100% Northern Ireland Dry Aged Beef. The chef uses small local suppliers to maintain a high standard of local produce. The lunchtime express menu runs from 12 noon until 2.30pm. Perfect for the business lunch or a quick bite to eat before getting back to work. A selection from around 14 dishes which are not only quick to produce but also tasty and great value for money. Bourbon also offers a pre theatre menu which is available from 5pm until 6.45pm all week. Two courses for £12.95. The upstairs in Bourbon can be hired separately for private functions catering for up to 100 for a sit down meal. It can also be hired out for conferences, product launches and they will certainly listen to any other requirements you may have. Bourbon can be hired out as an exclusive venue which can be discussed with their management.
